Forms a flexible, durable film with excellent adhesion and UV stability. Depending on the amount of paint remaining on the surface and ambient environmental conditions, the dried film may retain limited water solubility, allowing for partial reactivation and reworking. Seal with a compatible locking additive for permanent finish. Minimum film formation temperature is 10°C/50°F.
